Good Day thank you for checking Highrocks Beach House out. I would like to raise a few points of critical importance. Did you know that dealing directly with me the owner or on the Wheretostay platform are the only places you do not pay an extra 20% for your booking.. you do not pay commission here, and for that reason the rates are always cheaper than the better known platforms. Secondly you are able to call the owner and chat directly...the world is full of unscrupulous people so dealing directly is the safest.
Due to the typical security concerns in South Africa we have recently erected massive 4 meter high walls around the property, it does not impact on the magnificent views but rather your sense of safety and well-being. It is essential to me as the owner to know that you are sleeping peacefully at night.
We note the recent media reports of sewerage in the oceans in and around Durban, our area has been saved from this as all residences are serviced by septic tanks on site, no treated or untreated sewerage flows into the ocean for 8 kilometres either side of us, so you can swim all year around! ALSO Due to the water shedding challenges we have back up JOJO tanks( over 20 000 litres) and Pumps, so you will have continuous water supply.
Highrocks is a 5 bedroom (4 with Aircon), 4 ensuite, bespoke beach house, repeatedly voted as a Top Ten Getaway Beach House by Getaway Magazine. Highrocks is a cruisey 39-minute drive South of Durban, and on arrival you are greeted with expansive ocean and beach views for as far as the eye can see.
Highrocks is one of the few Beach Houses IN KZN with AIRCON in every room! It’s honestly a game changer - you can relax and cool down after a beautiful, hot scorching day on the beach! Even In July it’s a necessity!
